My name is Jose Saldana. I am the Director of Release Aging People in Prison Campaign (RAPP). I was included in the Rochester Beacon article that featured Dawn Zuppelli and her incarcerated husband. I would like to connect with this group toward building critical community support for parole and sentence reform.
